We’re brothers who were born and raised in Chewelah. It’s been our hometown for more than half a decade, so we’ve stayed actively involved in the community. We continue to live and work in the region – with Marty in Chewelah and CK just 40 miles south in Spokane, Washington.

In 2020, we jumped at the opportunity to buy and invest in 211 East Main, a space we know well. It’s one of the most historic and architecturally interesting buildings in downtown Chewelah.

Our goal is to develop the building for a single tenant whose business will offer both a unique experience and a friendly space for locals and visitors alike to gather and enjoy the small-town atmosphere. As landlords, we will do all that we can to help this tenant create a successful business that supports the local economy and contributes to the community we love.
